Custom B/W Pet Portrait Graphic Illustration Style Print + Digital File
In general, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on customized items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Since we use an outside printing source for prints, we will converse with their support team and fix the issue as directed by them. Photos of the issues with your order are highly encouraged, and recommended for speedy assistance!
In the event we receive no response from you, the customer, within 7 days of your drawings' proof being sent to your email provided, and the drawing is sent to the printing company, we are unable to cancel the order and as such, cannot continue to work on your drawing. If you are truly unhappy with it, you may do the following:
1. Contact us at tm13designs@gmail.com and provide your order number. Let us know you are going to return your drawing once it arrives. We will provide you with a return shipping address.2. Once you receive the drawing from the printing company, you may mail it to the return shipping address we provided you within 5 business days. Do not send it back to the printing company, they will not give it to us. Please be aware you are shipping the item at your own expense.
3. Once we receive the drawing from you, we will issue you a refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 90 days from the time of issue for the refund to credit, depending on your payment method and bank.
Please provide a valid email when checking out, so that we may contact you about your print. We may ask questions to clarify colors or markings of your pet(s) and we will also send watermarked proofs for your approval. If we do not receive contact within 7 days after the proof is sent, we will assume it to be approved and send your print off to the printing company.
