Please provide a valid email when checking out, so that we may contact you about your pet portrait. We may ask questions to clarify colors or markings of your pet(s) and we will also send watermarked proofs for your approval. If we do not receive contact within 7 days after the proof is sent, we will assume it to be approved and send the final, unwatermarked copy of the file to that same email. Once the digital file is sent by us, we do not allow returns, refunds, exchanges, or changes to the art.
