Choose how many pets you would like in the painting, whether you want portraits or full-body, and then select a size: 8x10, 10x13, 12x18, or 16x20 (inches).
The artwork will be (giclee) printed on thick matte paper with a subtle watercolor texture. True professional print quality! We currently do not offer framing with the prints, but the sizes are standard frame sizes that can be found in stores.
*We do not offer a digital delivery option. Proofs will be watermarked. Thank you for your understanding.*
Please send images of your pet(s) to us at - tm13designs@gmail.com - and be sure to include the order number you receive in the confirmation email after purchase.
What kind of photo do we need?
Choose any photo you like! We can typically do minor changes if needed (example: moving ears forward, adjusting mouth). If you do need some minor changes, we ask you please send more photos to show us what the features look like on your pet. We're happy to offer guidance, if you need it, via email, and can send proofs to make sure you're completely happy with it!
Your Pet - Digital Painting Prints
In general, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on customized items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Since we use an outside printing source for prints, we will converse with their support team and fix the issue as directed by them. Photos of the issues with your order are highly encouraged, and recommended for speedy assistance!
In the event we receive no response from you, the customer, within 7 days of your paintings' proof being sent to your email provided, and the painting is sent to the printing company, we are unable to cancel the order and as such, cannot continue to work on your painting. If you are truly unhappy with it, you may do the following:
1. Contact us at tm13designs@gmail.com and provide your order number. Let us know you are going to return your painting once it arrives. We will provide you with a return shipping address.2. Once you receive the painting from the printing company, you may mail it to that return shipping address we provided you within 5 business days. Do not send it back to the printing company, they will not give it to us. Please be aware you are shipping the item at your own expense.
3. Once we receive the painting from you, we will issue you a refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 14 days from the time of issue for the refund to credit.
Please provide a valid email that we may use to contact you about your painting. We may ask questions to clarify colors or markings of your pet(s) and we will also send watermarked proofs for your approval. If we do not receive contact within 7 days after the proof is sent, we will assume it to be approved and send your print off to the printing company. Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy above for information on returns or refunds.
