This service includes one logo package which includes:
- the original design file (Adobe Illustrator)- a full-color PNG with a white background
- a full-color PNG with a transparent background
- a "grayscale" PNG with white or applicable color background
- a "grayscale" PNG with a transparent background

Logo Design
Our logos are designed uniquely for you and provided in formats that keep them looking great across many uses.
We have not and will not ever use AI to create a logo or any of our art. The original design file will say ".ai" on the end, but please note this is an Adobe Illustrator file and is NOT artificial intelligence. Illustrator is the program we use to draw the logo in.

We work closely with customers on designing a logo just for them. In the unlikely event you are no longer satisfied, please message us so we can help make it right.
In general:
If you decide we are no longer a good fit for you/your business during the logo design process, you may receive a refund of no greater than 50% of the price of the design.
Once your logo is designed and we have sent you the final logo package, no refunds will be given.
