We have not and will not ever use AI to create a logo or any of our art. The original design file will say ".ai" on the end, but please note this is an Adobe Illustrator file and is NOT artificial intelligence. Illustrator is the program we use to draw the logo in.

In general:
If you decide we are no longer a good fit for you/your business during the logo design process, you may receive a refund of no greater than 50% of the price of the design.
Once your logo is designed and we have sent you the final logo package, no refunds will be given.
